Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders are only processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Domestic Shipping: The delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen during checkout. Most domestic orders are delivered within 5-7 business days via standard shipping or 2-3 business days with expedited shipping.

  • Shipping to PO Boxes: We are able to ship to PO Boxes using USPS for domestic orders.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

TOPHATO is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accurate when placing your order.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If necessary, we can assist with filing a claim, but the final responsibility lies with the carrier.
